Graduated from ISIT in 2017, I am a former linguist with a diverse background shaped by versatile roles and international environments.
I began my career in customer experience consulting and progressively specialized in digital transformation, with a strong focus on new ways of working through the integration of Microsoft 365 tools.
I have led large-scale migration programs, workplace modernization initiatives, and the adoption of Generative AI for clients across multiple industries, from banking and industrial sectors to construction, as well as luxury and cosmetics.
In these complex and demanding environments, I have designed change management frameworks that made transformations tangible, clearly understood, and effectively adopted by employees.
Employee and user experience are particularly meaningful to me, as I am committed to helping teams enhance productivity and quality through the effective use of new technologies.

I am convinced that the human element is the cornerstone of any successful transformation project.
Driving change by activating individuals at every level of the organization is a true game changer — yet too many organizations still underinvest in change management today.It was from this realization that I founded RiseChange Consulting in 2025.
The name reflects my belief: ‘Rise’ stands for elevation. While ''Change'' represents transformation.
I aim to restore change to its rightful place at the heart of transformation, so it delivers lasting, positive impact for people. Because it’s better to design change thoughtfully than to simply patch over the symptoms. Food for thought.
